Samaria Marley (She/Her)

Samaria Marley (She/Her) is a singer/songwriter, musician, herbalist, and farmer. She performed with the Afro-Folk band VeVe & Tha Rebels for many years and has worked in agriculture for over a decade. Her love for music and agriculture eventually led her to the gourd banjo and an apprenticeship in gourd banjo building with Dr. Dena Jennings. Since then, she has been playing and exploring the rich history and tradition of the banjo.
